Information Technology (IT) industry in India has played a key role in putting India on the world map.The IT industry in India has been one of the most significant growth contributors tothe Indian Economy. The industry has helped India transform from a rural and agriculture based economy to a knowledge-based economy. It has played a significant role in transforming India’s image from a slow moving economy to a land of Innovative Entrepreneurs and a Global Player providing world class technology solutions and business solutions across various countries. This paper analyses the journey of the IT industry in India and the future policy directions.

The compensation strategy is extremely important as the right compensation strategy helps to build the effective and competitive organization and the wrong setting of the compensation strategy, which does not fit with the needs of the organization and with the HR and Business Strategies, can destroy the organization within several years and the organization suffers from decreased performance and not utilizing the full potential of employees.

Population growth is a natural process. The phenomenon of population growth has a special significance. Population growth has played a vital role in region’s economic development, social awakening, historical and cultural background, and political ideology. The understanding of population means the entire demographic structure of the area. The concept of population change or growth of population is often used to connote the change in number of inhabitant of a territory during a specific period or time, irrespective of the fact whether change is negative or positive. Such a change can be measured both in terms of absolute numbers and percentage.

The purpose of this theoretical article was tostimulate educators in higher education to think freshly about creativity and to widen their range of strategies for encouraging student creativity. The article attempted to suggest how faculty member can apply the literature to the activity of teaching academics the importance of creativity in the higher education curriculum, and of passing this onto their students.

The term “poverty” is a very sensational issue in the context of each & every developing countries. India is also one of them. ‘Poverty’ can be explained by two different ways, one is rural poverty & another is urban poverty. Here this article shows its interest about urban poverty. The major fact is that urban population and poverty ratio in India are positively related with its growth in gross domestic product (GDP).

The objective of the study was to compare the teacher’s overall role commitment between male teachers and female teachers of the secondary schools. Another objective of the study was to compare the teacher’s role commitment towards students, teacher’s role commitment towards school, teacher’s role commitment towards parents, teacher’s role commitment towards society, teacher’s role commitment towards nation, and teacher’s role commitment towards own profession between male teachers and female teachers of the secondary schools.

Socio-economic statuses are of crucial importance. Socio economic status means ‘the position that an individual or family occupies by means of his/her income, education, occupation, cultural possessions and participation in the group activities of the community. Difference in financial capacity creates difference in the kind of opportunities provided for the child development. A good number of studies conducted in India and abroad show the positive relationship between the socioeconomic status of parents, adjustment ability and academic achievement of the children. J. Vane (1967) also revealed that educationally backward children generally hail from low or very low socioeconomic status. A study conducted by Malabika Ganguly (1989) revealed that the children of relatively higher socioeconomic status were more aspiring for higher educational level than lower middle or lower class peers.

Youth are the next generation of cultivators and their efforts is needed to meet the growing demand for food. Without contribution of youth at farm, sustainable farming cannot be imagined. But it is alarming that Indian agriculture is moving towards a point of no return, from being a self-reliant nation of food surplus to a net importer of food. All these trends indicate that the agriculture sector in India is facing serious crisis today.

Philip Wylie said “One good teacher in a lifetime may sometimes change a delinquent into a solid citizen.”. It is an accepted fact that teachers play a crucial role in the education process. They multitask and work in an ever changing and challenging education scenario. The distinguishing feature of their work profile is a constant race against time to meet deadlines and complete their work in the given time frame. Such a challenging work environment and the tight academic calendar and the resultant occupational stress impacts the well being of teachers. The survey conducted shows that many teachers are suffering from chronic medical conditions and lifestyle stress induced ailments.

प्रत्येक मनुष्य अपने भावों की अभिव्यक्ति किसी न किसी भाषा के माध्यम से ही करता है| भाषा के अभाव में न तो किसी सामाजिक परिवेश में कल्पना की जा सकती है, और नही सामाजिक व राष्ट्रीय प्रगति संभव है| साहित्य, कला, विज्ञान, दर्शन आदि सभी का आधार भाषा ही है| किसी भी देश के निवासियों में राष्ट्रीय एकता एवं विकास के लिए भाषा का होना परम आवश्यक है| जिसका व्यवहार मानव समुदाय आपस में कर सके|

स्वातंत्र्य चळवळीची विशेष करून महाराष्ट्राची मुंबई ठाण्याची पुस्तके हाताळताना एक गोष्ट प्रकर्षाने जाणवली. स्वातंत्र्याची चळवळीत मुरबाडचे योगदान फारसे नाही. त्याचवेळी मला शंका निर्माण झाली. सन १९४२ च्या लढयाची एक मोठी घटना मुरबाडमध्ये घडते या घटनेचा स्पर्श मुरबाडकरांना झालेला नाही असे होऊ शकत नाही. मी स्वातंत्र्य आंदोलन काळतील मुरबाड शोधू लागले तेव्हा एक व्यक्ती माझ्यासमोर आली ती म्हणजे श्री. दगडूलाल खुबचंद शहा, दगडूलाल शहा कोण होते ते स्वातं«य चळवळीजत कसे या विषयी घेतलेला एक छोटा आढावा.

फणीश्वरनाथ रेणु द्वारा लिखित उपन्यास 'मैला आंचल पर आधारित टेलीविजन धारावाहिक 'मैला आंचल ' का प्रसारण 1990-91 में दूरदर्शन पर हो चुका है । निर्मातनिदेशक अशोक तलवार नेस के मूल पाठ को यथासं भवधरावाहिक निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में उपन्या बनाने की कोशिश की है । कथावस्तूअक्षुण ,पात्र योजना ,संवाद आदि के आधार पर उपन्यास 'मैला आंचल 'के द्रुश्य रुपांतरण के श्रव्य विभिन्नू पहलुओं को समझने की कोशिश की गई है।

Time Management refers to managing time effectively so that the right time is allocated to the right activity. Effective time management allows individuals to assign specific time slots to activities as per their importance. Time Management refers to making the best use of time as time is always limited. Time Management plays a very important role not only in organizations but also in our personal lives. It is rightly said “Time and Tide wait for none”. An individual should understand the value of time for him to succeed in all aspects of life. People who waste time are the ones who fail to create an identity of their own.
